Pastor Charles Oliveira was born and raised in Brazil in a Christian home. At the age of 20, he studied Theology at JMC seminary in the city of São Paulo. Charles was ordained a Minister of the Word in 2000 and pastored several churches in Brazil while also working as a seminary Professor of Systematic Theology. Pastor Charles married his wife Ligian in 1998 and together they have 3 children: Pedro, Laura, and Davi.

 

In 2015, Charles completed his ThM (Master of Theology) at a reformed seminary (PRTS) in Grand Rapids, MI. In 2018, Pastor Oliveira was installed as the Pastor of Westchester OPC in New Rochelle.  Pastor Oliveira also currently serves as an online international seminary professor and as a member of the Board of Trustees at Greenville Presbyterian Theological Seminary in South Carolina.

Pastor Charles sings and writes songs and has recorded many albums in Brazil. He loves cooking, playing basketball, hiking, board games, and keeping in touch with friends.
